This six-week program is designed to help you establish achievable fitness goals. Gail, a Portland, Maine based, Certified Personal Trainer, will work with you one-on-one to set a plan, including a customized workout, and to help keep you on the path to progress.
Weekly check-ins offer the opportunity to adjust the exercises, discuss form and progress, and also to answer questions.
Initial Phone Consult is included at no charge. This consult is used to determine goals, identify possible measurable outcomes, and schedule the next 6 weeks of your Spring Tune Up.
