What to Eat Before Training

When it comes to maintaining a healthy lifestyle, fitness and eating habits go hand-in-hand. There are many aspects to eating a healthy diet. But one of my favorite habits is utilizing several small meals throughout the day.

"By strength-training just a couple of times a week, for example, you’ll reverse 50% of the seemingly inevitable metabolism slow-down that comes with age," says Gary Hunter, PhD, a professor of human studies at the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
